We will gladly refund or exchange any product within 30 days of original purchase date.  All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.  We do not accept items NOT purchased through this site. 

Sale items are strictly non-refundable. 

A handling fee of AUS$15.00 will be deducted from the refund.

We will gladly ship any exchange merchandise back to you free of charge.

All refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Please send an email to sales@styleessence.com.au to notify us that an order is being returned.  In the subject field of the email, please put "RETURNS: Order/Invoice #"

When shipping a return, the original invoice must be included (please save a copy for your records).

We do not take responsiblity for returns sent by non-registered post.

In the unlikely event that the item(s) ordred is faulty, damaged or incorrect we will gladly exchange at no cost to you.  Please email sales@styleessence.com.au for further instructions.
